For many years, I've been passionate about everything related to hospitality. Offering people a place where they feel comfortable, relax, and simply have a good time – for me, that's more than just a job; it's a matter of the heart.

My name is Stephan Zöchling, and I live in the beautiful region around the Semmering-Rax-Schneeberg area. Since I was a child, I've loved spending time in the mountains—hiking, skiing in the winter, or simply enjoying nature.

With my Superior Apartments, I have fulfilled a dream: to introduce guests from all over the world to the beauty of my homeland and the most beautiful regions of Austria.

It's very important to me that our guests feel at home during their stay with us and experience the special atmosphere of these regions. I'm happy to share tips on excursions, hikes, cozy cabins, or special places that you might not immediately discover as a visitor. I look forward to welcoming you personally and helping to make your stay in one of my apartments unforgettable.
